Operacje wojny kognitywnej w strategicznym środowisku bezpieczeństwa

Artykuł podejmuje problematykę operacji wojny kognitywnej jako jednego z kluczowych elementów strategicznego środowiska bezpieczeństwa, szczególnie w kontekście dynamicznego rozwoju przestrzeni cyfrowej. Celem opracowania jest przedstawienie istoty, narzędzi oraz znaczenia operacji wojny kognitywnej we współczesnym środowisku bezpieczeństwa, a także identyfikacja mechanizmów ich oddziaływania na procesy poznawcze jednostek i społeczeństw oraz sposobów przeciwdziałania tym zagrożeniom. W pracy zastosowano metody badawcze właściwe dla nauk o bezpieczeństwie, w tym analizę literatury przedmiotu oraz wnioskowanie. Przeprowadzona analiza wskazuje, że operacje kognitywne stanowią istotne narzędzie realizacji celów strategicznych, umożliwiające oddziaływanie na świadomość społeczną, procesy decyzyjne oraz stabilność systemów politycznych. Ich rosnące znaczenie wynika z postępu technologicznego oraz powszechności mediów cyfrowych.
